The Bach Cantata Series at Duke Chapel focuses this year on themes of salvation and redemption.
This concert includes Bach’s compositions BWV 22 Jesus nahm zu sich die Zwölfe, BWV 156 Ich steh’ mit einem Fuß im Grabe, and BWV 166 Wo gehest du hin. For the performance Dr. Philip Cave, associate conductor for Chapel Music, leads the Bach Ensemble and Mallarmé Chamber Players.
Admission is free. Event parking is available for $5 in the Bryan Center Parking Garage at 125 Science Drive; ADA parking is available in the Bryan Center Surface Lot at the same address.
