Andrew Warwick is an active performer and educator in central North Carolina and beyond. As an orchestral musician, he has played with the North Carolina Symphony, Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle, North Carolina Opera and Ballet. As a chamber musician, Andrew has been recently featured as a “Young Artist” at the Chapel Hill Chamber Music Workshop, where he also serves as faculty. Andrew is also on the faculty at North Carolina State University, Ravenscroft School, and has taught masterclasses and lessons at UNC-CH. Additionally, Andrew performs regularly with the Symphony Orchestra Augusta in Augusta, GA.
Andrew received his Master’s from Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music (CCM), where he studied with members of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Prior to CCM, Andrew studied clarinet and jazz studies at UNC-CH under the tutelage of Donald Oehler, Jim Ketch, and others. Andrew is a native of Cary, NC, and a graduate of Green Hope High School, where he now tutors the woodwind virtuosos of tomorrow. He maintains a busy schedule teaching private lessons around the Triangle.
